Using the left sidebar
Use the tabs on the left sidebar to access your programs, projects, tasks, and saved views in Orchestra. Learn about each of the tabs below.Saved views
Lists out the Saved Views that you have access to. These are filtered / grouped views of your tasks, projects, or programs that you can come back to again and again.
Projects
View all of the Projects you have access to. Projects represent a set of work that typically spans weeks or months.
Tasks
View all of the Tasks you have access to. Tasks belong to a Project, and they can be filtered and grouped by different properties, like assignee, tag, priority, or status.
Programs
View all of the Programs you have access to. Programs represent planned activities that typically spans multiple quarters or years.
Create
Create a new Project or Program. By default, after you create it, you will have Full access and the rest of your organization will have Append access (i.e., cannot delete).
Avatar / Settings
Adjust your user settings or log out by navigating to your avatar at the bottom left.Settings
Allows you to update your name and your notification preferences. Contact support to update your email.
Organization settings
This is only visible to Admins. Use this page to manage users, update integrations, and manage tags.
